The main difference between a Sr Program Associate and a Program Associate lies in experience and responsibilities. The Sr Program Associate typically handles more complex projects, requires more experience, and may supervise or mentor others. The Program Associate generally supports program activities at an entry or mid-level, focusing on administrative and coordination tasks.
