AREA15

Las Vegas, NV

Full-time

Job description

AREA15 is an immersive entertainment and event destination that blends art and music in a dynamic environment. We are a hub for creativity, innovation, and unique experiences. Join us and be part of a team that thrives on imagination and passion.

The Sr. Revenue Analyst supports the design, performance monitoring, and optimization of AREA15's admissions product portfolio — experience passes, bundles, A15 Pass membership, and VIP programs. This role translates transaction data, demand patterns, and guest behavior into clear analytical inputs that inform pricing, packaging, and forecasting decisions across admissions revenue channels.

Working in close partnership with the SVP of Revenue and Commercial Strategy, this manager builds and maintains the reporting infrastructure, demand models, and analytical frameworks that give leadership visibility into commercial performance and support data-driven product decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Develops and maintains KPI dashboards, demand calendars, and reporting cadences that give leadership consistent visibility into admissions performance across attraction passes, bundles, memberships, and VIP programs.

  • Translates admissions transaction data, conversion rates, attach rates, revenue per guest, and visit frequency into clear, decision-ready reporting for commercial leadership.

  • Leverages AREA15's existing analytics stack - Looker, Experience OS, and connected POS and e-commerce systems to maintain data quality, integrity, and timeliness across all reporting outputs.

  • Builds and refines demand forecasting models for admissions products, incorporating the Las Vegas events calendar, seasonality patterns, and historical transaction data.

  • Translates demand forecast trends into structured product inventory recommendations. Including capacity tiering, release windows, and blackout date guidance for review by commercial leadership.

  • Back-tests forecast accuracy against actuals and iterates methodology as new data and patterns emerge.

  • Provides analytical support for pricing and packaging decisions across the admissions product suite: passes, bundles, A15 Pass membership tiers, and VIP.

  • Designs and executes A/B pricing tests and bundle configuration experiments with clear hypotheses, control groups, and statistically sound read-outs.

  • Identifies bundle optimization opportunities through attach rate, conversion, and revenue-per-visitor analysis, surfacing findings and recommendations to leadership.

  • Apply segmentation practices to identify distinct guest cohorts based on admissions purchase behavior: pass type, bundle selection, visit frequency, and channel.

  • Surfaces insights that inform pass pricing strategy, bundle design, VIP targeting, and membership acquisition and retention programs.

  • Delivers analytical inputs to Marketing, Guest Experience, Finance, and Operations to support pass and bundle pricing strategy, brand positioning, and event programming decisions.

  • Partners with marketing, creative, e-commerce, and digital teams to provide funnel and conversion analytics that improve the pass and bundle purchase journey.

  • Translate analytical findings into decision-ready narratives for leadership, not just raw data or dashboards.

  • Embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, innovation, and business results.

  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively leverage AI tools while exercising sound judgment, protecting confidential information, and complying with company policies.

  • Respond to time sensitive matters.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.

  • Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.

  • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.

  • Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
