Position Title: Senior Production Services Analyst (IC2)
Location: Candidates must live within 50 miles of the OneMain corporate office in Fort Mill, SC. We will also consider candidates who live within 50 miles of OneMain corporate offices in Evansville, IN
Duration: 6 months with possible conversion to FTE
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 
Pay rate: $55.00 - $60.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum experience of 5 years working in a Technology organization
  • Minimum experience of 1 year as an Incident Commander
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Outstanding problem solver
  • Analytical mindset and ability to grasp complex topics
  • Understanding of application & infrastructure stacks and technologies
  • Extensive experience utilizing monitoring tools to identify potential incidents, analyzing system logs and dashboards
  • Extensive experience solving production incidents, restoring service quickly and identifying underlying root cause
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain positive customer and team member relationships

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Major Incident Management as the Incident Commander, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, prioritizing actions, removing blockers, and driving rapid service restoration.
  • Manage incident communications and executive visibility by providing clear updates to technology leadership, business stakeholders, and executives throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Drive post-incident improvement through After Action Reviews and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identifying corrective actions, preventing recurrence, and improving processes, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Enhance incident and problem management capabilities by leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and monitoring tools to reduce response times (MTTD/MTTR) and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead Problem Management activities by analyzing recurring issues, facilitating RCA sessions, tracking remediation actions, improving SOPs/knowledge management, and promoting continuous improvement.
