About The Role:
The Senior Product Designer will help AP’s vision of turning data into expertise. At the core, the Product Design team is responsible for the visual interface design of Analytic Partner’s products. This includes optimizing how users interact with our products, how users process information, and ultimately how Analytic Partner’s engagement products both “look” and “feel”. The Senior Product Designer helps Product Managers translate business concepts into wireframes that fit Analytic Partners’ branding, is consistent with the entire product suite and are actionable by the engineering team. This exciting opportunity will put you at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies as we continue to expand our solutions over time. This role will be an integral part of shaping the development suite for our next-generation analytic solutions designed and built for our global clients. We work within an agile environment. 
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Designers, Software Engineers, Product Managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high fidelity designs 

  • Drive a consistent and intuitive user experience across Analytic Partners’ entire product suite 

  • Build and maintain the design system 

  • Continuously improve the existing look and feel of the platform 

  • Guide Product Managers and Engineers toward design best practices 

What We Look for in You:

Required:  

  • Advanced skills in Figma 

  • 3+ years of formal professional experience creating visual designs for the digital space 

  • Solid understanding of designing intuitive site/application functionality & user interactions 

  • Experience working with engineers to develop/iterate on interactive software experiences 

  • Robust organization and prioritization skills to navigate tight timeline 

  • A focus and dedication on how products “look” and “feel” 

  • Strong conceptual thinking, self-motivated, and driven 

  • An exceptional design velocity with the ability to quickly produce multiple concepts 

  • A strong understanding of the tools and technologies used in designing and building robust interactive software experiences 

  • Experience adapting in an agile environment to shifting priorities 

  • A multitasker with excellent time management skills who can handle tight deadlines 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Nice to Have: 

  • Familiarity with CSS, HTML and Javascript  

  • Familiarity with design systems
