JRG Partners has been retained and is partnering with a mid-market healthcare focused Private Equity firm based in New York City to source a Managing Director. Our client is looking to bring on a highly motivated individual to build out their rapidly growing portfolio. This Managing Director will be responsible for origination and execution. The Managing Director will lead a team of Associates, Senior Associates, Vice Presidents and/or more senior investment professionals to manage a large and diverse portfolio.
The Managing Director requires the following qualifications:
MBA, or other advanced degrees and designations preferred.
10 years of experience in direct private equity investing.
Demonstrated experience in their own initiative regarding impact investing.
Ability to structure investments creatively using both debt and preferred equity securities.
Track record of strong realized returns.
Have the highest standards of personal and professional ethics and integrity, as well as strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
This Managing Director will be responsible for origination and execution.
The Managing Director will lead a team of Associates, Senior Associates, Vice Presidents and/or more senior investment professionals to manage a large and diverse portfolio.
Develop deep industry knowledge in target sectors and source new transaction opportunities through a broad professional network.
Utilize deep and broad network of relationships to source high quality, risk mitigated investment opportunities that both drive social impact.
