Job description

All Lines Technology has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team and support the IT Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, strengthening PMO governance, and driving process improvements across a global IT organization.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide project management services for IT projects
  • Coordinate and perform essential functions within the IT Project Management Office
  • Operate in accordance with IS standards, conventions, and applicable BU/RU IT standards
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to share information and best practices
Key Objectives
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution
  • Strengthen PMO governance by applying and refining intake processes, checkpoints, and reporting
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in PMO processes and implement improvements to enhance accountability and execution
  • Define and implement improvements to project management methodologies that increase governance while minimizing administrative burden
  • Partner with business units and IT leadership to prioritize work aligned with strategic goals and capacity
  • Provide visibility into resource constraints to improve planning and delivery predictability
  • Maintain PMO standards, support IT roadmaps, and facilitate executive-level reporting
  • Deliver project management methodology training to new project managers
  • Manage IT communications, ensuring timely and clear messaging across technology initiatives and service changes
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available)
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and align cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to manage project scope, schedule, and cost
  • Excellent communication skills
