Job description

The Sr. Financial Analyst provides advanced support with financial and business information, analysis, and modeling in support of the company's business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to the annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, monthly financial reporting, Key Performance Indicators, presentation preparation, and business controls. The analyst will also work to develop enhancements to existing processes to drive improved financial transparency and awareness. Analysts may also perform competitor and industry analysis and support special projects that are aligned with the company's business goals.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

  • Proven track record of developing technical skills (VBA, SQL, Hyperion Planning rule development, Oracle Data Warehouse report writing, Dashboards creating and maintenance, etc.) Superior analytical, reasoning, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices.

  • Experience in a high volume durable goods manufacturing environment.

  • Assist in the development of the annual operating plan and monthly and quarterly forecasts.
  • Provides support for preparation of business review presentations, as well as, completes work on special projects for senior business team leaders that are in alignment with company-wide goals.
