Job Summary (Senior RTE Analyst):
- Collaborate with Patient Access users to design, build, and optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) workflows
- Lead medium to large-scale Epic software upgrade projects or workflow enhancements, including design, build, and testing phases
- Mentor and guide team members on Epic system functionality, workflow optimization, documentation standards, best practices, and change management
- Serve as an expert in RTE implementation, configuration, and maintenance
- Work during West Coast business hours
- No background check or drug screening required
