Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Engineer to join their team. The role involves utilizing both Angular and Spring technologies, leading feature tracks, and mentoring new resources while focusing on paired programming and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Must have both Angular & Spring experience
• At least 8 years of experience in IT overall along with some hands-on leadership experience
• 4 years of hands-on experience in one or more Typescript front-end frameworks (Angular 8+)
• 4 years of hands-on experience implementing REST services, ideally implemented with Java 11+/Kotlin and SpringBoot
• Some experience in deploying to a cloud platform (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Some experience and familiarity with TDD, in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• Some experience and familiarity with agile methodology and pair programming (XP, Scrum)
• Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
• Familiar with maintaining and interacting with databases (PostGres)
• Has current capacity to lead a feature track
• Familiar with software release management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally)
• Capability to perform, troubleshoot and mentor new vendor resources in all Engineering role requirements.
