Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator:

• Manage construction billing, contract administration, invoicing, collections, and project setup
• Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) and applications for payment
• Process invoices through ERP systems and client billing portals including Textura, GCPay, and Procore
• Track retainage, manage lien waivers, and support collections activities
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and billing standardization efforts

Qualifications for the Senior Contracts Administrator:

• 3+ years of construction billing and contract administration experience
• Strong AIA billing experience (G702/G703) required
• Construction industry background required
• Experience with Vista, Viewpoint, Sage, Procore, or similar ERP systems
