Job description

Company Description

We're a ten-time "Best Company to Work For," where intelligent, talented people come together to do outstanding work-and have a lot of fun while they're at it. We offer a solution-focused environment full of collaboration and dedication, to our goals and to each other. You'll have the opportunity to drive your own success in a supportive, globally connected environment. From advanced tools and technology to an immersive company culture, working at Logic20/20 means working on the leading edge, with a community of the right people around you.

Job Description

At Logic20/20, we are rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to be a driving force behind our continued success within the Energy & Utility industry.

This is a hunter's role at an inflection point. You'll own the strategy, the pipeline, and the relationships that fuel our next chapter of growth. You won't inherit a playbook - you'll help write one.

You'll also be selling at a moment when our Microsoft partnership is accelerating fast - and we're scaling aggressively into the utilities sector, where you'll sit across the table from senior decision-makers at the utilities reshaping how the country generates, distributes, and consumes power - and you'll bring them solutions that actually move the needle.

What You'll Do

Open doors. Close deals. Build a book of business in one of the most consequential industries of the next decade. You'll prospect relentlessly, partner with our practice leaders to shape winning pursuits, and convert executive relationships - from director-level program owners to VPs and the C-suite - into long-term client engagements. You'll also work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Microsoft alliance team to co-sell into joint accounts, surface new opportunities through Microsoft field relationships, and position Logic20/20 as the go-to consulting partner for utilities running on the Microsoft stack.

Every deal you bring in directly shapes the trajectory of our utilities practice - and your career.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • A hunter's mindset, proven over 8+ years. Cold calls, conferences, networks, creative outbound - you do the work others avoid, and you have the closed-won list to prove it. You thrive in team-selling environments and know how to bring practice leaders and SME's into the room at exactly the right moment.
  • A network that spans the buying committee. You're trusted by decision-makers at utilities and adjacent enterprises - and you know that real deals get done with directors and VPs who own the budget, not just the executives who sign the contract.
  • Deep Energy & Utilities fluency. You've sold professional services or management consulting into this sector and you understand its unique pressures: regulatory complexity, grid modernization, and customer experience transformation.
  • Hyperscaler partnership savvy. Bonus points if you've co-sold with Microsoft field teams, navigated partner programs, and know how to turn an alliance into pipeline. If you haven't, you're hungry to learn - fast.
  • A learner's edge. You stay sharp on emerging tech - AI, cloud, data platforms - and translate it into business outcomes clients actually care about.
Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 for this role with uncapped commission. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
