Job description

Workplace Consultant, Business Development, Senior Individual Contributor

Base + Uncapped Commission. Compensation Structured for Top Performers

You already have the relationships. We're offering the platform to make them worth more.

CultureSpace is a commercial workplace design and furniture company with over 40 years of experience in the industry. We are on a fast and controlled growth curve and are looking to build on our momentum with a high performer in the Business Development space. CultureSpace has quietly disrupted a legacy industry with a manufacturer-direct model, building a client roster that includes Enterprise, PepsiCo, Caterpillar, Valero, and Methodist along the way. We're expanding our Business Development leadership team in Houston, and we're looking for one person: someone who already moves comfortably among CRE brokers, architects, GCs, and C-suite decision-makers, and is ready to bring that network to a company built to win on trust, not just price.

This is a market-facing role for someone who wants to build a personal brand backed by an institution's credibility, representing CultureSpace at the executive level with the partners and clients who already trust you.

What You'll Own:

  • Executive-level relationship development across CRE brokerages, CRE management firms, architecture/design firms, and commercial general contractors
  • A direct hand in shaping how CultureSpace is positioned and perceived in the market
  • A direct impact on the growth of CultureSpace.
  • A pipeline you build and control, feeding directly into design and project delivery teams
  • Representing the company at the industry and community level as a recognized brand.

What You Bring:

  • An established network in commercial real estate, architecture/design, or a closely adjacent industry. You're not starting from zero
  • A track record of closing referral-based or relationship-driven business
  • Comfort operating with business owners and senior executives as peers
  • A self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to growing a book of business

Why Now:

This role is built for someone whose current book of business is already producing results and who is ready for a compensation structure with meaningfully more upside. Uncapped commission, aggressive growth potential, and a base salary that reflects the seniority of the seat. Backed by four established Texas showrooms and four decades of enterprise-grade delivery.
