Job description

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager for a growing, mission-driven organization offering a flexible hybrid work environment. This role provides the opportunity to join a stable company with a family-friendly culture, supportive leadership, and a strong commitment to employee development and work-life balance.


As the Benefits Manager, you’ll lead a team of three while overseeing benefits and leave programs, supporting employees, and partnering closely with People leadership. You’ll help ensure programs run smoothly, provide guidance to the team, and bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to day-to-day benefits administration.


The ideal candidate will bring strong benefits management experience, proven people leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, service-focused environment. They’ll also be organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing employee needs with business priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
