Job Summary:
The Executive Sales in Banking Teller and Core Banking Solutions is responsible for providing expertise and support during the Sales Process. This role focuses on understanding the requirements of banking institutions, particularly in the teller operations and core banking domains, and effectively communicating how the proposed solutions can meet their specific needs. The specialist will collaborate closely with the technical team, product managers, and customers to deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultation to drive successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of banking teller operations and core banking solutions, including their functionality, integration capabilities, and technical requirements.
2. Sales Responsibility: Collaborate with the technical team to identify customer requirements, tailor product demonstrations, and presentations to highlight the value proposition of the solutions for banking institutions.
3. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and objectives, and provide expert guidance on how the proposed solutions can address their specific needs effectively.
