Program Overview Provides, protects, and defends enterprise information services to approximately 45,000 Army, joint and DoD customers across the European theater on a 24 x 7 x 365 days per year basis on classified, unclassified, and coalition networks. About The Role Peraton is looking to add a SQL Developer to our ongoing development, maintenance, and data engineering team. We support the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Data Engineering and Processing (DEAP) project by providing analyses, solutions and maintenance of many processes that ingest financial market data used across multiple CFTC regulatory and analytical systems, including high volume, mission critical data ingest pipelines. These processes and the data ingested are critical to the mission of the CFTC. This position requires up to three (3) specific days onsite in the Washington DC facility and two (2) teleworking days per week. What You Will Do: * Serve as a member of an Agile team to provide engineering support and maintenance of services and processes that migrate and promote data and algorithms to the AWS cloud environment and supporting cloud databases.
* Design, code, test and implement AWS cloud-based solutions in SQL.
* Work with the customer and Peraton team on requirements gathering and task estimation.
* Perform routine data checks, code development and quality checks.
* Support database planning, design and implementation.
* Support systems analysis, design and implementation.
* Support code reviews and cloud deployments.
* Provide regular status updates on progress both within the Agile framework and via weekly status reporting.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: * 7 years with AS/AA; 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 9 years of experience.
* Familiar with tools such as AWS Cloud databases using SQL Server.
* Experience with processing XML, CSV and other delimited data files.
* Knowledge and experience working with Agile team member to provide engineer support and maintenance.
* Must be US Citizen able to obtain CFTC clearance and cannot start before cleared.
* This position requires up to three (3) specific days onsite in the Washington DC facility and two (2) teleworking days per week.Preferred Qualifications: * Active Public Trust or other active clearance.

* Experience in ETL processing.
* Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
* Master's degree in business, finance, computer science, statistics or related field and 2 years of experience.
Details Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
