Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's SQL databases and applications. As a SQL Developer, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our database systems and optimize their performance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify database requirements and design efficient solutions
  • Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions to support business operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
  • Monitor database systems and implement necessary updates and patchesEnsure data integrity and security through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
  • Create and maintain documentation for database systems and processes
  • Train and support end-users on database usage and best practices
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SQL development to suggest improvements for our database systems
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in SQL development and database management
  • Proficient in SQL programming and database design principles
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other relational databases
