Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SQL Developer on behalf of our client in Woodbridge, VA. This role is ideal for a data-focused professional with strong expertise in SQL development, database management, data analysis, and process automation. The successful candidate will support enterprise-level database initiatives, optimize data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Experience with GIS technologies and asset management systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, procedures, and database objects.
  • Perform database design, data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Conduct advanced data analysis and generate reports to support business operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and SQL/PSQL.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with established business rules.
  • Support database administration activities and troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Assist in project planning, task coordination, risk identification, and deliverable tracking.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
