AI/ML Software Developer
Full Time Remote
Top Secret/SCI Clearance
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, train, evaluate, and integrate AI/ML models and algorithms for Government systems in accordance with approved requirements and architectures.
  • Support data preparation, model lifecycle management, and performance monitoring activities, ensuring traceability, reproducibility, and documentation of AI/ML artifacts.
  • Implement AI/ML solutions in compliance with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, data protection, and responsible AI policies, and support accreditation and security assessment activities.
  • Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to support DevSecOps processes, testing and evaluation, system integration, documentation, and required deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelor's degree in related field required. A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience designing, developing, training, and evaluating machine learning models using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • 3 years of experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, and supporting languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C++).
  • 3 years demonstrated experience of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation techniques, and feature engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements.
  • 3 years of experience testing web-based applications.
  • 3 years of experience participating in software development programs or projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with relational databases, RESTful API development and communication, and system integrations.
  • 5 years of experience with Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Experience structuring data so it can be integrated into machine learning technologies or AI capabilities

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience using Agile Test-Driven development.
  • Experience integrating into DoW DevSecOps environments.
  • 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development.
  • Practical experience developing in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with integrating data from unclassified to classified application deployments.
