Neos is Seeking a Sr. Full Stack .NET Blazor Developer (C# / SQL) for a long-term contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Performs advanced computer programming work.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Investigate problem areas.
Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Write, test, debug, and document complex programs, including client/server and web-based applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, and/or SQL.
Design, develop, and implement specialized programs or routines to create, supplement, and enhance front-end and back-end web-based application software using HTML5, CSS, C# .NET Blazor, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Work closely and coordinate with systems analysts, architects, and various business areas to gather and validate requirements, understand technical issues and limitations, and model solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
Provide support for Texas Department of Agriculture application software through diagnosis of problems and implementation of changes to resolve issues and maintain software at the most current level.
Extensive experience in mobile application development using Visual Studio, .NET Core 9.0, and DevExpress tools, with expertise in implementing secure and seamless payment acceptance functionality within mobile applications to deliver interactive, user-friendly, and high-performance solutions.
Perform research and analysis required for specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front-end and back-end web-based application software using HTML5, CSS, C# .NET Blazor, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Recommend improvements to application development processes and methodologies, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
  • 4 years Required - Experience in development of web-based software applications.
  • 4 years Required - Experience in root cause analysis and resolution.
  • 4 years Required - Experience programming in various coding languages including, but not limited to, .NET, HTML, HTML5, ASP, Java, JSP, .NET/C#, front-end and back-end user interface methodologies and technologies, SQL, and Stored Procedures.
  • 4 years Required - Experience and proficiency in web programming using .NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • 3 years Required - Experience with Agile SDLC methodology.
  • 3 years Required - Experience working on a team performing a variety of SDLC-related tasks.
  • 3 years Required - Experience collaborating with team members for requirements gathering, software development, modifications, and maintenance.
  • 3 years Required - Experience presenting in-person software application change demonstrations for customer approval of proposed designs.
  • 2 years Required - Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • 1 year Required - Experience programming in C# .NET Blazor.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years Preferred - Experience porting existing codebases from Java or Windows Forms to C# .NET Blazor.
  • 2 years Preferred - Experience with responsive web design principles and implementation.
  • 2 years Preferred - Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and implementation.
  • 1 year Preferred - Previous experience working with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) systems.
