Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
At Spyder Construction, we do serious work: commercial restoration that requires real expertise and real accountability. As our Environmental Supervisor, you'll lead abatement projects, managing asbestos, meth, mold, lead, and demolition-related hazardous materials. You'll own the schedule, the budget, the crew, and the client relationship on every project you're assigned. If you thrive on accountability and take pride in your license, this is where you belong.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage all aspects of environmental projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for crew, clients, property managers, GCs, and industrial hygienists
  • Monitor project schedules, budgeted man-hours, and material orders
  • Ensure daily documentation using Spyder's SOPs and project reporting standards
  • Enforce OSHA, EPA, and State safety regulations for all team members on site
  • Monitor permits for modifications, changes, and expiration dates
  • Respond to mitigation emergencies as needed
  • Represent Spyder Construction with professionalism and honesty at all times

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Colorado Asbestos Supervisor license
  • Active Colorado Methamphetamine Supervisor license
  • 2+ years performing abatement projects in Colorado
  • Valid Colorado driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions with full PPE

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in water and fire damage mitigation
  • Equipment operator certifications
