SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. SPENGA Spring House is currently the only SPENGA in PA. Our goal is to open 4 additional studios in Bucks and Montgomery Counties to expand the impact we're having on the communities' fitness and wellness. This expansion will provide tremendous personal and professional growth opportunities to the right candidate. In-depth training is provided, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.

Position Summary:


A SPENGA manager is a positive, energetic, and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build and maintain a truly excellent member experience
  • Maintain a clean and well organized studio
  • Sell memberships by engaging with prospective members understanding their fitness goals, supporting them through the trial process, identifying the right membership, package and/or program to best meet their needs, and closing the sale.
  • Meet and exceed member retention expectations
  • Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes.
  • As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

There are ultimately three components to fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility. SPENGA is the first fitness studio of its kind to put equal focus on all three components in one 60-minute workout, through a combination of spin, strength training, and yoga.
