What You'll Do
As a Medication Aide / Med Tech, you'll help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while supporting their daily needs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist residents with medications according to Virginia guidelines
  • Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and other daily needs
  • Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the care team
  • Maintain accurate resident documentation
  • Work closely with nursing and resident care team members
  • Provide friendly, compassionate customer service to residents and families
  • Participate in resident activities as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Current Virginia medication aide/medication administration certification or required medication training
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Senior living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care experience preferred
  • CNA/PCA experience is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required based on state regulations
  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
  • Able to meet applicable background and company employment requirements
