Job description

What You'll Do:
As a Thermal Spray Operator, you'll be hands-on in our core process-applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components. You'll:
  • Operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems
  • Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform additional production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • 18+ years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR (able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate)
  • Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time
  • Ability to work one of the following shifts. Please indicate which shift you are applying for:
    • 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM-11:30PM)
    • 2nd Shift Steel: (Mon-Thurs, 3PM-1:30AM)
    • Note: Training will likely take place Mon-Thurs during 1st shift hours.

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • 1+ year of experience in thermal spray or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment, preferably plasma
