Job description

Position Overview

As a Spray Dry Operator, you will produce spray-dried products in accordance with customer needs, GMP regulations, and Bellโ€™s guidelines. Youโ€™ll work safely, ensure coworker safety, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Your Daily Responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare emulsions and operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and sifters
  • Obtain raw materials using a forklift and follow batch cards
  • Fill, label, and palletize containers
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including lockout and disassembly procedures
  • Maintain sanitary compliance in the work area
  • Keep accurate production records
  • Perform kosherization as needed
  • Adhere to GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, and other guidelines
  • Serve as backup for other trained Spray Dry Operators
  • Other duties as required by the manager.
