Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Prepare flavor batches in the Spray Dry department using detailed shop floor papers
  • Read, collect, and analyze process and analytical data from spray dryers and related equipment
  • Utilize analytical lab tools such as particle size analyzers, pH meters, and Ro-Tap equipment
  • Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Operate electric and gas sit-down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required
  • Compare ZFIS information to verify correct product packaging against customer orders
  • Maintain sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Participate in cross-training programs to support operational flexibility
  • Work independently during off-shifts and respond to unexpected situations
