Job description

Position Overview

As a Spray Dry Operator, you will produce spray-dried products in accordance with customer needs, GMP regulations, and Bell’s guidelines. You’ll work safely, ensure coworker safety, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Your Daily Responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare emulsions and operate spray dryers, scrubbers, and sifters
  • Obtain raw materials using a forklift and follow batch cards
  • Fill, label, and palletize containers
  • Clean and maintain equipment, including lockout and disassembly procedures
  • Maintain sanitary compliance in the work area
  • Keep accurate production records
  • Perform kosherization as needed
  • Adhere to GMP, HACCP, Allergen, SSOP, Kosher, and other guidelines
  • Serve as backup for other trained Spray Dry Operators
  • Other duties as required by the manager.
