About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our hiring process. You'll own interview scheduling and logistics, ensure a smooth and delightful candidate experience, and support our recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones
  • Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-communicated experience
  • Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Support offer logistics and background check processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track

We believe in transparent pay practices. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. Final salary depends on experience, relevant skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
