  • Collaborate with Product Integrity and Quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions that drive continuous improvement.

  • Lead product engineering and cost mitigation initiatives, delivering measurable results and process improvements.

  • Support and streamline SMU processes, ensuring timely execution and clear cross-functional communication.

  • Partner with Planning teams on forecasts, buy plans, and lead-time alignment.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with vendors, internal teams, and global partners to support sourcing objectives.

  • Act as the voice of sourcing within the category, influencing decisions and driving alignment across stakeholders.

  • Travel domestically and internationally to support vendor relationships, sourcing strategy, and production oversight.

YOU ARE

  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sourcing and manufacturing challenges.

  • Highly collaborative and able to influence cross-functional partners while building trust and alignment.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.

  • A confident communicator who can clearly present insights, recommendations, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
