Kroenke Sports amp; Entertainment (KSE) is an American Sports and Entertainment holding company based in Denver, Colorado. KSE is committed to providing world class sports and entertainment for both live and broadcast audiences. We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), Altitude Sports amp; Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.

Nature of Work:

This position is responsible for maintaining and developing new features on the Outdoor Sportsman Group family of websites. The position requires attention to detail, creative problem solving, flexibility and strict adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be familiar with content management systems and be well versed in ASP.Net C#, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. This position will be required to integrate and evaluate third party tools and technologies such as video players, secure payment platforms and external APIs. The candidate will also be well versed in Search Engine Optimization, Web Accessibility and general web standards.

  • Design and architect reusable components and templates
  • Developing site features and functionality
  • Performing site maintenance including bug fixes
  • Evaluate scope and requirements based on project documentation
  • Follow documented deployment procedures
  • Research, evaluate and integrate tools and products from external vendors
  • Develop processes that improve or enhance existing operations
  • Develop user testing procedures
  • Document internal processes

  • Minimum
    1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
    2. Four or more years of experience working on public facing websites required.

  • Fully proficient understanding of ASP.Net C#, Web Forms, and understanding of ASP.Net Core
  • Fully proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Fully proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript framework jQuery
  • Fully proficient understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
  • Fully proficient understanding of SQL (stored procedures, table and view creation, and general database knowledge)
  • Advanced understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
  • Advanced understanding of creating and consuming REST services
  • Knowledge of responsive design techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal, listening, and written communication
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work independently on projects as well as collaborate with the team
  • Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to changes
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
