Senior Program Manager - Retail Partnerships (DSG / Foot Locker)
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support high-visibility strategic initiatives across Nike's partnership with Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) and Foot Locker. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program management, and cross-functional execution, helping drive alignment and delivery across multiple complex workstreams tied to product launches, marketing initiatives, and long-term retail partnership strategy.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity supporting a high-priority special project focused on shaping and executing Nike's evolving retail partnership model.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will drive execution across multiple strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across internal teams and external retail partners.
  • Own day-to-day program management, including timelines, workbacks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans across cross-functional teams
  • Track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate weekly working sessions and leadership meetings, ensuring clear action items and accountability
  • Partner with internal teams and external retail partners to ensure aligned execution of initiatives
  • Develop executive-ready materials including presentations, summaries, trackers, and risk logs
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that drive execution
  • Synthesize complex inputs into clear narratives, recommendations, and decision points for leadership
What You Bring
  • 5-10+ years of experience in program management, strategic project management, consulting, or business operations
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong background in managing complex cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, sales, or retail partnerships)
  • Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving structure and clarity
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level storytelling
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across teams
Skills & Tools
  • Experience with project/program management tools (Airtable preferred but not required)
  • Strong proficiency in building workplans, trackers, and executive reporting materials
  • PMP certification a plus, but not required
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 clients or large-scale retail brands
  • Background in retail, consumer products, or sportswear industries
  • Exposure to product launch or marketing execution programs
  • Prior experience working with external retail partners or strategic accounts
  • Experience in consulting or transformation-heavy environments
