Essential Job Duties:
Leadership amp; Operations
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the training center.
  • Ensure compliance with our standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a positive, professional, and athlete-focused culture.
  • Develop operational systems that maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain facility appearance, equipment readiness, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate coaches, trainers, and administrative staff.
  • Schedule staff to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Foster professional development and accountability among team members.
Sales amp; Enrollment Growth
  • Drive athlete enrollment and membership growth.
  • Lead sales efforts including consultations, facility tours, follow-up communications, and closing memberships.
  • Develop strategies to increase athlete retention and renewals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to leads, conversions, enrollments, and retention.
Marketing amp; Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with schools, coaches, athletic directors, clubs, trainers, and community organizations.
  • Attend community events, sports tournaments, expos, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate local marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Develop referral partnerships that generate athlete leads.
Financial Management
  • Manage budgets and oversee financial performance.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and profitability.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for ownership.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and financial controls.
Athlete Experience
  • Ensure athletes receive exceptional customer service and training experiences.
  • Monitor program quality and client satisfaction.
  • Support staff in maintaining a safe and motivating training environment.
  • Encourage athlete goal setting, progress tracking, and achievement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Exercise Science, Education, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Experience supervising employees and managing operations.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as business demands require.
  • Prefer experience in youth sports, athletic training, fitness, or sports performance industries.
  • Prefer experience managing membership-based businesses.
  • Knowledge of athletic development and sports performance training is preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain certification is preferred.
