Job description

We're looking for a data-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, build, and scale high-impact relationships across creators, influencers, B2B partners, and affiliates. This role spans the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing creative opportunities to developing engagement strategies that maximize reach and business impact. The ideal candidate brings both a strategic eye and analytical rigor, with a proven track record in affiliate or partner performance marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to implement best practices while cultivating lasting relationships.

About the role:
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across creators/influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks. Bringing creative, non-obvious deals to the table
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies for each partnership channel, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable business impact
  • Own performance reporting for the partners under your umbrella. Tracking key metrics, analyzing ROI, and using data to inform optimization and prioritization decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and promo teams to activate partnerships & integrate them into broader campaigns
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreement, managing contracts and relationships through their full lifecycle
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, staying ahead of market trends and competitive activity in the creator & affiliate space
Who you are:
  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership and/or affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record of success managing partnership/affiliate programs
  • Strong understanding of attribution and marketing technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $140,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things.
