Fanatics is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead the execution of promotional and content operations across the Fanatics App. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns, promotional offers, bonus experiences, and in-app content are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Reporting into the Sr. Director of CRM & Ops, this leader will manage a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of hundreds of promotional builds while developing scalable processes, operational playbooks, and quality standards that enable rapid experimentation and best-in-class customer experiences.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building operational excellence, and can effectively partner across Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Product, Analytics, Legal, Customer Service, and Engineering.

What You'll Do

Own Promotional Operations

  • Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of promotions across the Fanatics App.
  • Manage a team responsible for approximately 200 daily promotional and content builds, including:
    • Promotional cards
    • Bonus campaigns
    • In-app merchandising
    • Sporting event activations
  • Ensure promotions launch accurately and on schedule while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Oversee activation, deactivation, maintenance, and extension of existing promotional campaigns within the CMS.

Lead Content & Campaign Execution

  • Manage daily execution of in-app marketing campaigns supporting ecosystem initiatives.
  • Ensure campaign assets, messaging, links, eligibility logic, and promotional rules are implemented correctly.
  • Own campaign QA and launch readiness processes.
  • Monitor live campaigns and quickly troubleshoot operational issues to protect the customer experience.

Audience & Segmentation Operations

  • Ensure the correct audience segmentation is applied across all campaigns.
  • Partner with CRM to create audience shells and support targeting workflows.
  • Validate segmentation logic prior to launch.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Analytics teams to improve campaign targeting.

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an operational leader who enjoys bringing order to complexity. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and energized by executing at scale. You combine meticulous attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset, enabling your team to deliver hundreds of campaigns with speed and accuracy. You're equally comfortable diving into the details of a campaign build, improving workflows through automation, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to bring new promotional ideas to market.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Digital Operations, Campaign Management, Ecommerce Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience executing high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced consumer business.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, marketing automation platforms, or promotional management systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging campaign reporting to drive improvements.
