For over 50 years, BSN SPORTS has been the largest team sporting goods equipment and apparel distributor of choice in the United States. Our 3,000 BSN SPORTS employees strive to support the Heart of the Game by putting valuable time back into the day of coaches and administrators through excellent service platforms. Location: Onsite 4 days per week, Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas, TX)
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
The Manager, Pricing Strategy & Operations will support the execution and scaling of BSN SPORTS' enterprise pricing strategy. This role will focus on translating pricing frameworks into actionable tools, insights, and processes that can be adopted by the field sales organization. This individual will play a hands-on role in pricing analytics, sales support, and system enablement-helping ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and continuously improved based on performance data and field feedback.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Pricing Execution & Support
  • Support implementation of pricing frameworks, guardrails, and approval workflows
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify areas of inconsistency or margin leakage
  • Help maintain pricing rules, structures, and updates across product categories

Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain pricing dashboards and reporting (discounting, margin, win rates)
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support pricing decisions and business questions
  • Identify trends and surface insights to inform pricing improvements

Sales-Facing Support
  • Act as a key partner to Sales and Sales Ops on day-to-day pricing questions
  • Provide guidance on deal pricing within established guardrails
  • Support training and reinforcement of pricing tools and policies
  • Help troubleshoot issues and gather feedback from the field

Systems & Tools
  • Support implementation and enhancement of pricing tools (CPQ, CRM, etc.)
  • Help translate business needs into system requirements
  • Assist with testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilities

Segmentation & Deal Analysis
  • Support customer segmentation analysis and pricing recommendations
  • Assist in evaluating deal economics and profitability drivers
  • Partner with Finance on margin analysis and reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and Technology to support pricing initiatives
  • Help drive adoption of pricing processes and tools across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-7 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, analytics, or commercial strategy
  • Experience working with data and building insights in Excel, BI tools, or similar Exposure to B2B pricing environments, preferably with large SKU catalogs
  • Familiarity with CRM/CPQ systems or pricing tools (hands-on experience preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
