OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support labor planning and workforce management processes through forecasting analysis, data staging, reporting, scheduling configuration support, and process optimization initiatives

  • Execute recurring quality assurance and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting, labor models and operational data outputs

  • Analyze operational, labor and financial performance data to identify trends, risks, variances, and opportunities that support business decision making and operational strategy

  • Build, maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes that improve business visibility and decision-making efficiency

  • Collaborate with field leadership and cross functional partners to investigate operational questions, evaluate business impacts and support strategic initiatives

  • Support ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, operational deep dives, and special projects in a fast-paced retail environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau or similar visualization tools a plus

  • Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, Power Query or other data transformation tools a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and develop actionable insights

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality assurance

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
