Snowmass Club is seeking a Racquet Sports Attendant who brings energy, organization, and a strong commitment to hospitality while supporting tennis, pickleball, and padel operations.

What You'll Do
Member Experience & Front Desk Operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
  • Book court reservations, private lessons, and clinics
  • Coordinate racquet sports events and activities
  • Provide a welcoming, first-class experience for all members
Retail & Pro Shop Support
  • Assist members with merchandise purchases and special orders
  • Promote and sell tennis, pickleball, and padel products
  • Restock and organize merchandise displays
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Pro Shop
Court Operations & Facility Maintenance
  • Manage court reservations and assist with player pairings
  • Prepare courts daily using established checklists
  • Maintain clay and hard courts (watering, rolling, dragging, sweeping lines, clearing debris)
  • Inspect and maintain nets, fences, windscreens, and court equipment
  • Keep patios, walkways, and surrounding areas clean and organized
Inventory & Equipment Management
  • Track and record charge tickets and guest fees
  • Manage demo racquets and ensure proper account charges
  • Maintain inventory of racquet accessories and supplies
  • Replenish items such as towels, ice, and cups
  • Generate monthly court usage reports
Safety, Cleanliness & Organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
  • Vacuum, dust, and clean the Pro Shop daily
  • Manage laundry flow for towels
  • Operate equipment such as blowers, rollers, and court tools
  • Ensure readiness of all areas for daily operations
Team Contribution
  • Communicate member feedback, concerns, and needs to management
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute ideas
  • Support team members and foster a positive work environment
  • Stay informed on court conditions and communicate updates
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

Qualifications
What You Bring
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Enthusiasm for racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, padel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to respond appropriately
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and outdoor activity
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools
