Job description

Ithaca College is looking for a motivated and responsible student to help with finance and administrative tasks for Sport Clubs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and administration while contributing to the growth of our Sport Club program.

Responsibilities  

Assist in the budgeting and financial management of various sports clubs. 

Process financial transactions, including expense reports and deposits. 

Manage club equipment and jersey inventory. 

Update rosters, approved drivers, and participation agreements. 

Qualifications 

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft software. 

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Experience with finance, accounting, or sport clubs preferred
