About the Role:
Owen Motor Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Motor Sports Finance Manager to join our team in Effingham, IL! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our motorsports dealership operations, helping customers get behind the wheel of their dream machines while maximizing dealership profitability. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have a passion for powersports, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Structure and finalize financing deals for motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and other motorsports vehicle purchases
  • Present and sell aftermarket products, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other F&I products
  • Work closely with sales staff to ensure a seamless transition from sale to financing
  • Build and maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive rates
  • Ensure all financing documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations related to automotive/powersports financing
  • Analyze customer credit applications and identify the best financing solutions
  • Track and report F&I performance metrics to dealership management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive, powersports, or motorsports dealership preferred
  • Strong knowledge of F&I products, lending practices, and dealership financing processes
  • Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) and finance software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with lenders, sales teams, and customers
  • High attention to detail with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Passion for motorsports and powersports vehicles is a plus
