  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to clarify objectives, success criteria, decision points, and trade-offs, driving alignment across Marketing and line-of-business partners
  • Develop and maintain a measurement framework that ties Sports & Entertainment and Talent Partnerships & Culture initiatives to measurable line-of-business and firmwide outcomes, including clear success criteria and learning agendas

  • Standardize strategic frameworks, presentations, and insight outputs to enable consistent line-of-business engagement and execution
  • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for strategic projects, delivering executive-ready insights, performance readouts, and recommendations that translate findings into actionable direction
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on Marketing Strategy & Insights concepts and 8+ years applied experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with data, measurement, and reporting components
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear strategic direction, business impact, measurement plans, and actionable insights
  • Proven relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions that move projects forward
  • Executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills; adept at crafting concise strategy presentations and engaging credibly with senior internal audiences
