Job Summary:
The Creative Director is responsible for setting and leading the creative vision and strategy in support of high-impact business initiatives.
This role partners with senior stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, and Operations to influence business outcomes and ensures alignment with enterprise goals while enabling innovative, differentiated solutions that drive business growth and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
  • Own and define the creative strategy for high-impact initiatives
  • Establish and evolve the creative vision while ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Serve as the final consultant on creative direction for priority workstreams

Business Partnership
  • Partner with senior leaders to influence business outcomes through creative solutions
  • Translate complex business objectives into cohesive creative strategies that support revenue growth and client engagement

Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing creative team
  • Set clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations aligned to business needs
  • Build organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture

Execution & Operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept through execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness
  • Manage prioritization and resource allocation across multiple high-impact initiatives
  • Establish and optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Innovation
  • Drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and approaches (including AI) to enhance creative output and team productivity
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the function

Scope & Impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing creative team(direct and/or indirect reports)
  • Influences enterprise-level initiatives and high-visibility business priorities
  • Accountable for creative output that supports revenue-generating activities
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
