We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Creative Advertising professional to join a cutting-edge team focused on crafting compelling audio/visual marketing campaigns for live content. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and developing a wide array of A/V assets, including trailers, TV spots, and social media content, ensuring they meet the highest creative standards. Your work will directly influence how millions discover and connect with exciting live events, making a significant impact on the company's global content strategy.
What you'll do:
  • Support the Creative A/V team for live content campaigns with various tasks and scheduling.
  • Assist in tracking external agency partners to develop impactful A/V output.
  • Build and assist in managing agency timelines against schedules and budgets.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with current and new vendors, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate seamlessly between creative, production management, and finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience with creative campaign development, preferably in entertainment and live sports marketing.
  • Project Management: Proven experience multi-tasking a high volume of creative projects while staying in parallel with internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Ability to assist in delivering creative solutions and maintaining high quality for A/V campaign creative.
  • Media Proficiency: Proficient in TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated team-oriented approach with experience thriving in a quick-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Asset Creation: Experience ideating, executing, and delivering A/V derivative cutdown assets and bespoke spots for digital and social media.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
