Sports Creative Advertising Producer - Streaming TV Marketing

  • Location: Culver City, CA
  • Schedule: In-Office T/W/Th; Remote M/F
  • Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match
  • Background screening required

Our client is seeking a Sports Creative Advertising Producer to work across A/V Marketing campaigns for live sports on their streaming TV service. This department conceptualizes and builds out A/V needs (trailers, TV spots, social spots, etc.) for all sports properties (Formula 1 and MLS) that will be distributed across a range of paid and owned media channels.

This role requires maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against our client's high standards. The ideal candidate has a pulse on the current Formula 1 and MLS seasons, has worked on live sports marketing campaigns, and has experience with both footage and motion graphics-based creative. They excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization.

Key Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience with creative campaign development, preferably in Entertainment (TV/film) and Live Sports.
  • Project Management: Proven experience multi-tasking a high volume of creative projects while staying in parallel with internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Ability to assist in delivering creative solutions and keeping an eye on quality for A/V campaign creative to our client's standards.
  • Media Proficiency: Proficient in TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented approach with experience in a quick-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Asset Creation: Experience ideating, executing, and delivering A/V derivative cutdown assets and bespoke spots for digital and social media.
Description
  • Support the Creative A/V team for campaigns for Formula 1 and MLS with various tasks and scheduling.
  • Assist in tracking external agency partners to develop A/V output.
  • Build and assist in managing agency timelines against schedules and budgets.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with current and new vendors.
  • Coordinate between the creative, production management, and finishing teams.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
