Job description

The CLEAR Sports Ambassador supports our CLEAR members at our stadiums & venues by providing a high touch customer service experience. They represent CLEAR's values while providing excellent service, solutions and guidance as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Verify CLEAR members who are using the CLEAR lane at your designated venue/stadium
  • Drive membership enrollments through engaging attendees and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR
  • Resolve attendee and/or members concerns or inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner, escalating to higher level as necessary.
  • Balance high volume with high-quality customer and member experience
  • Support members with any questions or concerns they may have & escalate any situations in a timely manner

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers and members alike

  • Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.

Role Requirements

Requires successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
