Since 2021, our team has helped raise and direct more than $170 million in NIL compensation to college athletes, giving departments clearer roster strategies, stronger donor engagement, and more predictable revenue streams.
About 1PACK: One Pack is the NIL collective supporting the Wolfpack and empowering NC State student-athletes to build, grow, and monetize their personal brands. We unite fans, alumni, businesses, and community partners to create meaningful NIL opportunities; from corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships to fundraising, member events, and community engagement. Powered by Blueprint Sports, the nation's leading NIL services agency, One Pack delivers the infrastructure and support that strengthens student-athletes today and elevates the future of NC State Athletics.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the college events landscape and trends in the local community and broader sports industry, applying insights to enhance event concepts and experiences. Coordinate and manage background research on potential events, clients, and customers, proactively preparing briefs and summaries for senior members of Blueprint Sports leadership and Wolfpack athletic administration. Provide hands-on guidance and direction to event support staff and game-day personnel to ensure operational excellence and high-quality experience for all stakeholders. Design and execute fan and donor-facing experiences tailored to student-athletes, alumni, and the local community, with a focus on engagement, storytelling, and measurable outcomes.

  • Additional Revenue Programming - Assist the third-party leadership team in defining and evolving revenue programs and growth strategies, serving as the day-to-day owner for executing these initiatives across the local community and the greater regional area. Develop and run solicitation campaigns and promotions for sweepstakes, auctions, exclusive facility tours, and on/off-campus events, aligning each initiative with revenue and engagement goals. Collaborate, along with athletics department leadership, with key stakeholders across the school, alumni base, donor community, and local partners to drive participation, revenue growth, and long-term supporter retention. Prepare clear strategic recaps and performance summaries for Athletics and the third-party leadership team, using data and insights to recommend optimizations and future growth opportunities.
