The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach and the overall Boys Wrestling program in all aspects of team management, practice planning, game preparation, and athlete development.
This position helps foster a positive team culture while promoting sportsmanship, academic accountability, and adherence to school and athletic department policies.
Key responsibilities include assisting with training, game planning, scouting, recruiting, and providing instruction and feedback to athletes.

Boys Wrestlng is a group A sport.
Assistant Coaches receive 76% of head coach's base pay, additional experience may be awarded as well.
Starting pay for assistant coaches for the 2026-2027 school year: $6,107.36
