Description

The part-time Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for greeting and safeguarding our guests as they arrive at the parking areas around Spooky Nook Sports. Traffic Officers are unarmed.

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet customers that are entering the complex
  • Directing traffic upon entrance and exit to the complex
  • Keep flow of traffic orderly at drop off area and parking lots
  • Maximize parking by guiding guests into spaces
  • Provide safe and friendly atmosphere in and around complex
  • Report guest complaints and accidents in parking area Monitor and patrol parking lot for suspicious activity
  • Collect Parking fees.
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must have a valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • A positive and friendly attitude towards guest, customers, and fellow employees.
  • Must be able to follow directions both written and verbally
  • Ability to remain calm in tense or stressful situations
  • Ability to keep personal information safe and private
  • CPR/First Aid Certified

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work outdoor in all weather conditions
  • Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, and lifting
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
