Associate, Product Experience (PX), you help shape how the brand is experienced through product, packaging, innovation, and value delivery. By leveraging holistic consumer, category, and competitive understanding, you support innovation and renovation initiatives, product and packaging superiority efforts, and launch execution that strengthen the brand across first and second moments of truth. Working closely with both the brand Consumer Experience (CX) team, cross-functional partners, you help ensure brand experiences, product performance, and business objectives come together to deliver meaningful consumer impact and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer, Category, and Customer (3C) Understanding
  • Execute consumer and shopper insight activities to support innovation and in-market delivery, leveraging holistic consumer, category, customer, and competitive understanding to inform business decisions.
  • Support product and consumer research activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform business reviews and forecasting.
  • Partner with Manager & Consumer Experience (CX) to translate category and customer understanding into executional outputs.

Innovation & Renovation

  • Execute pipeline delivery activities across front end innovation (FEI), scoping, concept development, and market readiness aligned with defined innovation & renovation strategies.
  • Execute development of concepts, claims, naming, packaging, and commercialization deliverables that support successful innovation launches, relaunches, and product changes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day innovation management activities to ensure execution against timelines, deliverables, and business objectives.
  • Support integration of the innovation pipeline monitoring forecast assumptions, performance metrics, and opportunities to optimize, scale, fix, or swap initiatives.
  • Own delivery of launch readiness activities, including input for commercial selling materials, launch tools, product related eContent, and customer execution plans in partnership with Commercial Development teams.
  • Execute and support renovation initiatives across product, formulation, and packaging changes to strengthen product superiority, design to value opportunities, and enhance the consumer experience.

  • Execute the development and execution of packaging and product experience initiatives aligned to brand ensuring a superior consumer experience across key moments of truth.
  • Implement packaging design, execute visual identity application, product claims, and production delivery activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring product and packaging experiences to market.
  • Partner with Legal, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to support claims development, compliance processes, feasibility assessments, and execution readiness, ensuring packaging meets regulatory requirements and product truth standards.
  • Support delivery of Smart Label and build consumer trust and transparency with packaging-driven to deliver brand credibility while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and execution plans.

  • Support the strategy of pricing, promotion, assortment, and portfolio, partnering with Commercial Development and Finance to deliver defined value objectives and business priorities.
  • Provide input and execute deliverables supporting I&R integration into shopper plans (retailer media).
  • Own digital shelf execution, including PDP content, product information, and digital asset deployment, ensuring a consistent and compelling product experience across eCommerce platforms.

Business Management

  • Support monthly business reviews (MBP/MBR) for marketing, enterprise forecasting, and annual planning processes by preparing innovation inputs, new item performance updates, and recommendations that inform business decisions.
  • Prepare marketing forecasting inputs, including consumption data, new item assumptions, performance updates, and business changes, helping translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • Track and report on brand performance, innovation priorities, and key initiatives, ensuring leaders have visibility to performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze assessments, translating innovation, product, and business performance data into actionable insights and priorities.
  • Execute tracking and reporting of innovation pipeline performance, forecast assumptions, business changes, and key initiatives to support business planning processes.
  • Support the development of the Brand Situation Analysis, Brand Plan, and MBS, partnering across functions to coordinate inputs, prepare data, and identify growth opportunities including innovation.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS

  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related business field; or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of brand building management principles and practices.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently, autonomously and adapt quickly to change to deliver results Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic financial acumen and understanding of calculating risk/return on business decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

CRITICAL EXPERIENCES

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in brand or product management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability and initiative to drive cross-functional teams to deliver on collective brand goals.
  • Experience leveraging data, research and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior (IRI or Nielsen knowledge strongly recommended).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.

The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000-to $155,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
