They are seeking an ODNI CIO Team Lead who will manage and administer the ODNI CIO team, oversee contractor activities, and serve as the primary interface with program authorities on technical matters.
Responsibilities:
• directing personnel and contractor activities across multiple locations
• acting as the primary interface and point of contact with Sponsor program authorities and staff on technical and project-related matters
• regularly briefing leadership on JIMINY CRICKET program status, milestones, and progress
• overseeing contractor personnel and project operations through the development and implementation of procedures
• planning and directing the execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support activities
• monitoring and reporting overall program performance and progress.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must have a TS/SCI
• Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on Program Management experience supporting enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) environments and system enhancement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality products, including strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, and action-tracking mechanisms for senior leadership.
