About the Role: Be the Star of Our Dining Experience

Are you ready to shake things up? As a Bartender at Palma Ceia, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch service with a personal touch. Your mission? To create a warm and inviting atmosphere while showcasing your mixology skills, ensuring every member and guest feels like royalty. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive under pressure, have a passion for hospitality, and possess expert knowledge of all things liquor, wine, and beer.

Your Day-to-Day (Key Responsibilities):

  • Create elevated cocktails with consistency and flair, maintaining both flavor and presentation.
  • Manage a clean and fully stocked bar with ease and precision.
  • Take food and drink orders, serve with style, and ensure the bar remains spotless.
  • Exceed expectations by delivering memorable experiences while adhering to responsible beverage service policies.
  • Handle menu knowledge like a pro, offering food and wine pairing recommendations with confidence.
  • Address member and guest needs promptly and professionally.
