Candidates must be at least 16 years old, and having a current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification is preferred-if you don't have it yet, we're more than happy to help you obtain it through the SwimRVA Safety School! You'll be working outdoors at our SwimRVA North location, so being comfortable in the sun and having a zest for summer activities is a must.Plus, your commitment to working from mid-April through the end of September is crucial.
