No swim-instruction experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you everything needed to succeed.

Are you someone who loves working with children? Do you enjoy learning new skills and bringing a positive attitude to work every day? If so, the Swim Instructor position at our new Water Wings Frisco location could be the perfect fit for you!

We have multiple part-time openings available, with opportunities to grow into a full-time role. No prior swim instruction experience is required—we provide comprehensive training! A background in competitive swimming or swim coaching is helpful but not required.

Role Description

As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum. You will work to build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities. You can expect to be regularly communicating with students and fellow staff members. You should be someone who welcomes feedback, is a continuous learner, and is able to be in the water for extended periods of time. As a swim instructor you will report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts and provide support throughout the pool deck as needed.

  • You must be available to complete the required paid training before opening in September 2026. Training dates and times will be shared during the interview process.
